Mr. Jin graduates with MBA degree. He has held leading positions in Shanghai Tire Rubber (Group) Company, Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company and Shanghai 3F New Materials Co., Ltd. Since Dec. 2015, Mr. Jin started to work as member of the Party committee and vice president of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Co., Ltd. and assisted the president in project construction, fixed assets management, construction safety management etc. Mr. Jin is currently the President and Party Secretary of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park
