Mr. Di Xiaoyong is currently the head of Enterprise Risk Management section of Energy Systems at 
DNV. He is responsible for the risk management advisory in China, mainly International Safety and 
Sustainability Rating (ISRS) related businesses. He has the qualifications of National Safety Engineer 
and Safety Evaluator, and has extensive experience in HSE management advisory. Worked at DNV for 
more than ten years, he has successively carried out management consulting for a dozen of Chinese and 
foreign companies, such as the establishment and continuous improvement of QHSE system for CNOOC, 
CNPC, Sinopec, etc.; ISRS rating, gap analysis and improvement plan for pipeline companies affiliated 
to PipeChina; and ISRS ratings for international companies such as Total, Arkema and Atotech. Before 
joining DNV, he served as the deputy general manager and head of risk assessment of a consulting 
company in Sinopec.
