Previously, he worked in different departments of several companies in BASF, the General Manager, the Site Manager of BASF Crop Protection (Jiangsu) Co., ltd., the Senior project manager of BASF (China) Co., Ltd. the Senior EHS manager, Utilities Manager, Plant Manager and EHS Engineer of BASF Pudong site.
