Hu Zhongming

Chairman of Board, Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group Co., Ltd.

Mr. Hu Zhongming was born on October 1964 in Ningbo, Zhejiang, with Bachelor Degree of Economic Geography (Urban Planning) issued by Hangzhou University and Master Degree of Public Administration issued by Illinois Institute of Technology of USA, Professor level senior economist.
Entering the service on July 1985, Mr. Hu Zhongming successively served as Principal Staf Member of Center for Economic Research, Deputy Director in Charge of Market Circulation & System Department of Zhejiang Provincial Economic System Reform Commission，Member of the Party Leadership Group of Shangyu Municipal Government and Assistant to Mayor, Member of the Party Leadership Group of Zhejiang Provincial Economic System Reform Leadership Group Ofice, Director of Secretarial Administration Ofice, Member of the Party Leadership Group of Zhejiang Provincial Development & Reform Commission，Deputy General Manager and Member of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Changguang Group Co., Ltd., Deputy Mayor and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Quzhou Municipal People's Government, Member of the Standing Committee of Quzhou Municipal Party Committee, Chairman of Board and Secretary of the Party Committee of Juhua Group Co., Ltd., Chairman of Board of Juhua Company Limited by Shares etc.
Since December of 2020, Mr. Hu Zhongming holds the posts of Chairman of Board and Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Hu Zhongming was awarded Outstanding Contributor to China’s Petroleum and Chemical Industry during 40 years of Reform and Opening-up, National Excellent Entrepreneur in 2019-2020 as well as Influential People in Petroleum and Chemical Industry 2020 etc.
