He adheres to the industry serving the country, leads the largest coal based new material circular economy industrial cluster in China, and realized the clean low-carbon and eficient utilization of coal resources. He vigorously promotes the green energy development, green hydrogen promotion and green development, creates a new road of deep integration and coordinated development for replacing fossil energy with new energy and modern coal chemical industry. He also takes the lead in proposing the goal of enterprise carbon
