Jessica Bo

General Manager, Chemours China Holding Co., Ltd.

Jessica Bo has been the Country President and Chairman Chemours China Holdings Co. Ltd. and the Chairman and General Manager of Chemours Chemical (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. since August 2017. Prior to this role, Jessica was Director of Supply Chain, Asia Pacific and member of Chemours AP leadership team. In addition to leading employees across multiple functions and business units, Jessica was responsible for developing and implementing a long-term strategic plan that led to rapid business growth in China.
Jessica joined DuPont in 2003 as Supply Chain Manager. Successfully establishing a supply chain for one of critical business units in DuPont, Jessica have been through multiple leadership roles across sales, Key Account Management, 6-Sigma and Strategic Planning. Two years after Chemours Chemicals span of from DuPont, Jessica was assigned as the Country President and Chairman of Chemours Chemicals in China. Prior to joining DuPont, Jessica worked as sales manager in a state-owned import & export company in Beijing and
a senior Analyst in Pacific Dunlop, Australia after MBA graduation.
Jessica holds a MBA degree from Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia and a bachelor’s degree of law from University of International Business and Economics, Beijing. She has a wealth of knowledge and more than 25 years of experience working in diferent types of companies in diferent countries.
