Rong Wei

Ms. Rong Wei first served as independent non-executive director of Wison Holdings (Group) in 2017, and then she has been serving as an executive director and chief executive officer of Wison Engineering since February 
2018. Ms. Rong has over 22 years of experience in the management and operation of state-owned enterprises, foreign-invested companies and private companies, and has accumulated extensive experience in developing and transforming various types of businesses. Ms. Rong studied at the University of Cambridge and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a master's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in management respectively.

Prior to joining Wison, Ms. Rong worked in a world leading energy company. During this period, she developed a business unit and succeed in establishing several innovative business models in new energy industry. Previously, she worked as a partner and business leader in two world-renowned consulting companies, leading services for organization transformation and development, and led the company to achieve its business transformation in China.
