Chamber of Commerce, Chairman and Senior President of the Board of Directors of Oxiranchem Holdings Group Inc. Chairman Zhu graduated from Shenyang Chemical Technology Institute, majored in Basic Organic 
Synthesis in 1982. In1988, he got applied chemistry master degree from Dalian University of Technology. In 1992, he founded Oxiranchem by independent scientific and technological innovations. In 1993, he enjoyed 
the National Special Allowances for government experts. In 2009, he was National Model of Self-improvement. 

In 2010, Oxiranchem was listed in stock market under his leadership. 

In 2013, he was awarded Hou Debang Chemical Science and Technology Innovation Award of China Chemical Industry Society. He has been awarded the National Private Chemistry Entrepreneur, Chinese Excellent 
Private Science and Technology Entrepreneur, Liaoning Provincial top 100 Talents, Liaoning Excellent Experts, Liaoning Excellent Entrepreneurs and many other rewards. He has published more than 100 academic papers and applied for more than 70 invention patents. In 2018, it was selected as the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship "Ten Thousands Plan". In 2018, he participated in a seminar on private entrepreneurs chaired by General Secretary Xi Jinping.
