Board Chairman and President of Jiangyin Chengxing Industrial Group Co., Ltd. He founded Chengxing Group in 1984. Chengxing Group mainly focuses on Fine Phosphorus Chemical Industry, Petrochemical Industry (PET, PTA), Coal Chemical Industry, Liquid Chemical Storage and Logistics, Financial Investment. He holds a position as Chairman of SME Working Committee of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF). He previously served as Vice Chairman of China Petroleum & Chemical Industry Federation, President of Branch of Phosphorus and Phosphorus Products of China Chamber of Commerce of Metals Minerals & Chemicals Importers & Exporters (CCCMC). 

He was honored as the First Term Winner of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Leaders, China Chemical Industry Outstanding Private Entrepreneur, National Chemical Industry Model Worker, Outstanding Contribution Award of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Private Entrepreneurs during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan.
