Liu Jiaqiang

President, China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd.

Born in 1965. Mr. Liu Jiaqiang currently serves as Board Director and President of China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. (CNCEC). Mr. Liu Jiaqiang graduated from Dalian University of Technology in 1988, MBA holder from Tsinghua University, and he is a National Certified Constructor Supervision Engineer with over 30 years of working experience. CNCEC is committed to providing international engineering services to its global customers.

He began his career as a technician in 1988 once he graduated from university. 

And from 1990 to 2012, he held different positions in projects execution, human resources as well as management in different Subsidiaries of CNCEC Group. Mr. Liu has served successively as Directors of different departments of CNCEC headquarters. 

In 2012, he served as Vice President of CNCEC Ltd.

In August 2014, he was assumed as Vice President of CNCEC Group. 

In July 2018, he was nominated as Board of Director and President of CNCEC Group.
