Zhang Chun

Mr. Zhang has been serving as the president of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Co., Ltd. (SCIPDC) since 2015. He is in charge of operation and management of SCIPDC. It was 2003 when Mr. Zhang started his work on development and construction of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (SCIP) as vice president of SCIPDC. From then on, he was responsible for infrastructure construction, investment attraction and operation management of SCIP etc. Before coming to SCIP, Mr. Zhang worked as chief engineer and deputy general manager of Sinopec Shanghai GAOQIAO Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang graduated with a Master's Degree from Department of Chemical Engineering of East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST) in 1986. He then obtained his Doctorate in Chemical Engineering in 2001. Mr. Zhang also works as a board member of ECUST.
