Zhengpeng Dong is the senior vice president of Oxiranchem Holding Group Inc., president of Liaoning Oxiranchem. He also holds the position of member and deputy director of Textile Printing & Dyeing Auxiliaries Professional Committee of China Dyes Industry Association; executive director of Jiangsu Industrial Economic Association, Enterprise Federation and Entrepreneur Association; founding president of Jiangsu Liaoning Chamber of Commerce; main member of Shanghai Liaoning Chamber of Commerce. He was born in 1964 in Chaoyang city, Liaoning Province. In 1986, he graduated from Shenyang Institute of Chemical Technology Liaoyang Branch majored in organic synthesis. In 1992, Zhenpeng Dong followed Jianmin Zhu to establish Liaoyang Oake Chemical Co., Ltd., a university run enterprise with the original aspiration of entrepreneurship and creating & sharing. In 2015, he obtained an EMBA master's degree from East China University of Science and Technology. In 2016, he was awarded the title of "model worker" of Jiangsu Province. In 2017, he was awarded the title of "top ten science and technology innovation stars" of Yangzhou City. In 2018, he was awarded the title of "science and technology entrepreneur" of Jiangsu Province and the title of "top ten meritorious officials" of Yangzhou city.
