Mr. Li Hong-An, party member of the Chinese Communist Party, senior engineer. He is Secretary of Party Committee and CEO of Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. and China Typical Industries Group, and CEO of Xi’an Shaangu Power Co., Ltd. He is one of CPPCC members of Shaanxi province, vice chairman of CMMA (China Machinery Enterprise Management Association), chairman of Standardization Committee of CMMA, vice chairman of Xi’an Hi-tech Enterprises Association and special-term expert of Xi’an Experts Consulting Team.
