Born in May 1971, Mr. Cui Shan graduated with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Automation from Dalian University of Technology in 1993 and a master's degree in Chemical Engineering and Automation from the National University of Singapore in 1998. Mr. Cui Shan now serves as the Chairman and President of SUPCON Technology Co., Ltd., also the chairman of the China Automation Industry Committee, and the deputy chairman of Zhejiang Technology Federation of Digital Economy.

Mr. Cui Shan has abundant experience in automation industry. With over 26 years of working and management experience in the Fortune 500 companies, he served as senior technology, marketing & engineering director and senior management in Honeywell, Yokogawa and other companies.
