Li Guozhang, male, Han Nationality, born in September 1966 in Xingshan, Hubei province, postgraduate degree, senior economist, member of the Communist Party of China, expert of enjoying special government allowance of The State Council; deputy to the 11th and 13th National People's Congress; representative of the 20th National Congress of Communist Party of China. Since November 1984, he successively served as deputy head of Xianglong Township of Xingshan County；office director of Gaoyang township party; deputy Secretary of Gaoyang township party committee; deputy Secretary of Huangliang township party committee; director of Xingshan County Economic Committee; secretary of the Party Committee of the County Economic Committee, and Standing Committee of Xingshan County Party Committee. Currently, he is the Party Secretary and chairman of Yichang Xingfa Group Co., Ltd., and the chairman of Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group Co., Ltd.
