In April 2000, he served as a senior engineer and senior supervisor in Chemical and Sales Branch of CNPC.. In April 2004, he served as the manager of the coal-to-olefin division in Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical Corporation. and in April 2007, he served as Assistant General Manager of Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical Corporation. In May 2010, he served as Chief Engineer of Dalian Fujia Petrochemical Corporation. he served as Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Fude Energy Investment Holding Co., Ltd.. Since November 2019, he has served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Tianjin Bohai Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd..
