Mr. Li Ruxin is Vice President of PetroChina Company Limited and the Executive Director of PetroChina Refining, Chemicals & New Materials Company. He also oversees the operations of Petrochemical Research Institute. His technical title is senior economist. With over 30 years of experience in the petrochemical industry, Mr. Li has served as a top executive and management member of many refining and chemical enterprises such as PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, Ningxia Petrochemical Company, and Changqing Petrochemical Company.
