(1) Served as the leader of the State Council Work Safety Committee Office and the Emergency Ministry's Chemical Industry Park Safety Risk Improvement Working Group, participated in the relocation and renovation of hazardous chemicals in densely populated urban areas by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and served as a member of the Thermal Power Professional Committee.

(2) Hosted and was responsible for participating in the planning of multiple national and local chemical industries and chemical parks; Research on major strategic projects such as the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Emergency Management; Engaged in feasibility studies and evaluations of chemical projects, as well as specialized research on power supply, heating, energy planning, etc., committed to promoting the high-quality development of petrochemical parks and chemical enterprises;

(3) Hosted multiple cross regional and provincial-level plans involving major national strategic layouts; Participate in the identification and review of chemical industrial parks in multiple provinces and cities;

(4) Hosted and participated in the safety risk rectification work of chemical industrial parks in 18 provinces and cities including Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong, Henan, Anhui, Heilongjiang, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Hunan, Jilin, Tianjin, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, etc;

(5) Participate in the pre approval evaluation of major national petrochemical projects such as Zhejiang Petrochemical Refining and Chemical Integration, PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical, and PetroChina Maoming Transformation and Upgrading, and provide support for the implementation and layout decisions of major national petrochemical projects;
