Zhang Jianhui, member of the Communist Party of China, Professor-level Senior Engineer, Doctor of Engineering, National Registered Consulting Engineer (Investment), National Registered Cost Engineer, and Provincial and Ministerial-level Candidate for the National Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talent Project of the National Forestry and Grassland Administration. He is the Director of the Integrated Media Development Center at the Industrial Development Planning Institute of the National Forestry and Grassland Administration, serving as the editor in chief of two magazines including Forest Industry and Forest Fire Prevention.

He also serves as the Secretary General of the Woodworking Adhesive and Coating Professional Committee of the China National Forest Products Industry Association, Executive Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Engineering Design Professional Committee of the China Forestry Engineering Construction Association, and an off campus Master's Supervisor for colleges and universities such as the Chinese Academy of Forestry, Beijing Forestry University, Northwest A&F University, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, etc. 

He has completed more than 160 forestry industry projects, with the accumulated investment exceeding CNY 21 billion, among which 14 projects have won provincial and ministerial awards and above. He has also hosted or participated in over 10 provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, and in drafting over 20 national, industry, or group standards. He has published over 100 papers in professional scientific journals both domestically and internationally, and participated in the compilation of 5 university textbooks, including Furniture Display Design and Bamboo-based Panel Technology.
