(Former) Deputy Chief Engineer for Sinochem Environment Holdings Co. Ltd (SEH). Sinochem Group. Worked for eleven years as Chemical Production Technologist (CPT) and Senior Inspector for Organization for Prohibition of Chemical Weapon (OPCW)，Accomplished hundred inspection missions of chemical manufacturing companies. Led international engineering company to undertake Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for billion CNY. Participated in EPC construction for large scale integrated petrochemical complex and being good at technology importing and commercialization. In early eighty’s being responsible for (Research &Development)R&D of petrochemical purification and refining catalysis, accomplished numerous projects in national important research institute. Familiar with engineering technology of waste water\contaminated soil\solid waste solid\flue gas in petrochemical industry and the importance of safety management, led R&D teams and engineering service staff in SEH to develop new technologies and projects in overlapping area of environment protection and process downstream.
