Dr. Wang Jiasheng, Professor, Master's Degree Supervisor, the Vice Dean of the School of Chemical Safety of the University of Emergency Management (in preparation). Mainly engaged in scientific research and teaching in the direction of chemical and hazardous chemical safety technology and management, hydrogen storage and transportation safety technology, etc.  Concurrently serve as an expert of Hebei Emergency Industry Union and an invited consultant researcher of Qinhuangdao Municipal Party Committee, etc. Take a temporary position as the deputy director of Petrochemicals Division of Hazardous and Chemical Supervision of the Ministry of Emergency Management from November 2021 to July 2023, and participated in the expert guidance service of key counties of hazardous chemicals, special remediation of safety risks of old hazardous chemicals devices, and special remediation of equipment with “disease” of hazardous chemicals devices. Awarded the honorary of “Hebei Provincial Young Top Talent”, “Hebei Provincial Teaching Master of Civics and Politics”, and “Excellent Worker of Qinhuangdao Municipal Party Committee Decision-making Consultation and Research”, etc. Presided over the national and provincial scientific, educational and research projects, and has also participated in the “Hazardous Chemical Products” and “Dangerous Chemicals” projects.  Presided over 6 national and provincial science, education and research projects, and participated in more than 10 projects; published more than 40 academic papers, has been authorized 5 national invention patents, and has edited 3 academic monographs and textbooks.
