Senior R&D Leader, Dow Chemical (China) Investment Company Limited. 
He leads the AP Mobility R&D group and oversees R&D strategy and external technology in Asia Pacific region. He received batcher and master’s degree on Materials science & engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University and MBA degree from University of Hong Kong – Fudan University. He joined Dow in 2007 and has been worked in chemistry and polymer material science for almost two decades. He is a member of working committee for science popularization in Chinese Chemical Society and an expert member for Shanghai Science & Technology Commission. He was a judge for 2023 Edison Awards, 2020 SCIP+ Green Chemistry Competition and New material industry competition for China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
