Mrs. Ivy Sun is an expert in corporate strategy, market entry and operations management, with deep experience in the chemical and advanced materials industries. As a Partner at Roland Berger, she has led strategic, management and ESG initiatives for top refining and chemical companies.

Mrs. Sun has a strong focus on NEV and battery materials value chain, bio-tech, and sustainability, advancing sustainable practices and the circular economy in the chemical sector. She has spearheaded supply chain transformations for leading agrochemical firms in China and provided strategic guidance to coal chemical companies on coal & coke distribution. Additionally, she has contributed to innovative practices in chemical EPC and engineering management, including business strategy development for major textile enterprises and strategic planning for leading chemical state-owned enterprise. Her work in lean operations has also optimized production processes for leading chemical and material producers.
