Zhang Wenliang, Member of the Oil and Fat Branch of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association, has been engaged in the research and sales of extraction solvents for edible vegetable oil processing for many years. He is one of the drafters of the national standards GB 16629 Solvent for Vegetable Oils Extraction and GB 17602 Industrial Hexanes, and has participated in the formulation of extraction solvent product standards in the GB 1886 National Food Safety Standards.
