Gao Yongfeng, The chief engineer of China Phosphate & Compound Fertilizer Industry Association, Senior Professor. 

Served as the director and deputy director of the energy and chemical engineering department, in China National Petroleum & Chemical Planning Institute since 1986, engaged in planning and consulting work in the fertilizer and inorganic chemical industry. Contributed to China's Five-year Plans for the fertilizer industry from the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" through to the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan". Oversaw the planning of phosphate fertilizer bases construction in Yunnan and Guizhou Provinces. Engaged in numerous consulting projects in the field of industrial development strategies, comprehensive planning for industrial parks, planning for resource utilization, as well as feasibility studies, proposals, and evaluations for engineering projects. Authored numerous scholarly articles and publications in related fields.
