Li Zhijian, Deputy Director and Professor-Level Senior Engineer of China National Petroleum & Chemical Planning Institute. Mr. Li has led and engaged in the formulation of China’s chemical industry development plans from the 8th Five-Year Plan to the 14th Five-Year Plan; participated in the research such as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s “Petrochemical Industry Development Plan”, the National Development and Reform Commission’s “Coal Chemical Industry Innovation and Development Plan”, and the National Energy Administration’s “Coal Deep Processing Industry Development Plan”. 
Mr. Li has been responsible for various major national decision-making reference projects related to chemical industry, including the formulation of industrial policies, strategic research, and development programs; in charge of the feasibility study reports or preliminary design reviews for over a hundred medium to large-scale projects commissioned by the government and enterprises, as well as the general planning of several chemical industrial parks.

Mr. Li is mainly engaged in technical consulting across coal chemical, natural gas chemical, fine chemical and new chemical materials fields, specializing in market research, technical solutions, project proposals as well as pre-feasibility and feasibility studies.
