Dr. Mingzhong Liu holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology and an EMBA from Missouri State University. He joined Wanhua Chemical in 2008 and is now the general manager of Purchasing Department of CPO of Wanhua Chemical. He has been engaged in macroeconomic research, raw material procurement, supply chain management and other related research for a long time, and has published 3 EI papers. 

Dr. Liu Mingzhong has set up an international professional procurement team with a total of hundreds of people, of which more than 80% are masters. The procurement business covers the Group's bulk raw materials, energy and public works, three-dose raw materials, packaging and service procurement business. The procurement business focuses on improving the control of industrial chain, supply chain and ecological chain to support the company's high-quality development. Undertake the important mission of Wanhua's "low cost strategy of the whole life cycle"! At the same time, Dr. Liu Mingzhong actively promotes sustainable procurement in Wanhua from the aspects of green recycling packaging and green energy! Strengthen carbon footprint management from the source, invest in the construction of photovoltaic, wind power, nuclear power and other projects, achieve low-carbon clean electricity social increment, and achieve the full coverage of clean electricity in Wanhua Park through its own increment!
