He has been engaged in technology, sales and management for a long time in European process industry technology and equipment companies.He has been the head of the process system division of Shanghai DODGEN Equipment Engineering Technology Co. since 2012, and the chairman of Shanghai DODGEN Chemical Technology Co. in 2018. Now he is the vice president of Shanghai New Materials Association and the director of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry International Capacity Cooperation Alliance.

Leads the company's team mainly engaged in reaction and separation technology and core equipment provision in the field of low-carbon materials and resource recycling. Now the company has built the world's largest PLA (300,000 tons/year) and provided industrialized complete sets of equipment, completed 200 tons/year of polyglycolic acid PGA biodegradable materials skid pilot plant, developed patented melt crystallization advanced technology and key equipment, breaking foreign monopolies, and solving a number of high-purity chemicals choke point problem. In addition, the company in the synthetic biology materials, lithium batteries and energy storage materials, plastics recycling and other low-carbon technology fields are in the leading position in the industry.
