Ms. Ding Aihui,  Partner at PwC China's Tax Legal Digital Management and Strategic Advisory Services.

She has held a number of important positions related to the automotive and chemical manufacturing industries, finance and taxation. She has worked in the Department of International Tax Administration of the State Administration of Taxation and participated in the drafting of the Provisional Regulations and Implementation Rules of the People's Republic of China on Value Added Tax, Consumption Tax and Business Tax.

Key positions include:

National Chairman of the Finance and Taxation Working Group of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, responsible for drafting the fiscal and tax advice chapter of the EU Proposal for Enterprises in China; Vice Chairman of the Finance and Taxation Working Group of the Foreign Investment Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation(CPCIF), and she took the lead in drafting a number of recommendation reports and lobbying activities submitted to government departments at all levels, such as the Budget Committee of the National People's Congress, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation and the General Administration of Customs. She was employed as a tax expert of the Finance and Taxation Working Group of the Foreign Investment Committee of CPCIF.
