Mr. Ronghua Dai, graduated from China University of Petroleum in Chemical Engineering Technology. He holds a master's degree in engineering, is a first-class safety evaluator, and an applied engineering technology researcher. After graduation, he successively served as the technical director, strategic director, and technical production manager for the agrochemical division in large integrated chemical groups.

In 2019, he joined Hangzhou Nutrichem Co., Ltd. as the general manager, presiding over the overall operation and management of the company. Under his leadership, the company actively promoted the upgrading and technological innovation of agrochemical products, successfully explored emerging markets, and achieved remarkable development.

What is particularly noteworthy is his high emphasis on the environmental impact of products throughout their life cycle. During his tenure at Hangzhou Nutrichem Co., Ltd., he led the team in establishing a comprehensive product carbon footprint accounting & management system, making the company one of the first in the agrochemical industry to release product carbon footprint reports. Simultaneously, the company vigorously carried out energy conservation and emission reduction, adopted clean production, purchased green electricity, optimized processes, and reduced carbon emissions during the production of agrochemical products.

Currently, he serves as the General Manager of the Operations and Supply Chain Center at Beijing Nutrichem Jiahe Biotechnology Co., Ltd., responsible for the company's operations and supply chain management. He possesses profound experience and understanding in carbon footprint accounting for the pesticide industry and the development of integrated green production processes for multiple products.
