APAC Strategic Procurement Manager - Sustainability

Since joining LyondellBasell in 2018, I have held key positions in the High-Performance Materials and Automotive Business Units, accumulating extensive experience in market development and customer management. In 2022, I officially took on the leadership role of APAC Strategic Procurement for Sustainability, fully responsible for the procurement strategy of recycled materials and serving as the ambassador for sustainable procurement projects in the APAC region, driving the company's green supply chain development.

Throughout my career, I have consistently focused on various aspects of sustainable development, particularly in new business development and green supply chain management. With a keen market sense, I can quickly identify customer needs and possess excellent learning capabilities and an innovative spirit. My profound experience in China's recycling market and strategic approach to raw material procurement enable me to accurately bridge the supply and demand, fostering the continuous development of partnerships.
