Dr. Wang received a PhD degree in chemical engineering from the University of California at Davis. He has over 30 years of R&D and technology commercialization experience in efficient conversion and utilization of hydrocarbon resources (oil, natural gas, coal, biomass), green chemical process, and industrial waste resource utilization. During 1994 to 2011, Dr. Wang held a series of management positions in Chevron Energy Technology Company (No. 2 Oil Company in the U.S) and SGI Technology Company (NASDAQ listed company), and won the Chevron President Award twice in 2004 and 2010 due to his successes in technology commercialization. After returning to China in 2011, Dr. Wang served a series of management positions as the deputy Director of the National Institute of Clean And-Low-Carbon Energy in Beijing, Managing Director of Jiangsu Fangyang Technology Investment and Development Co. Dr. Wang has published more than 50 technical papers in top international journals, and has more than 50 patents, including 2 PCT international patents. He has received Honorable Citizenship awards from Shandong Province as well as Ningbo city, Zhejiang Province
