Amanda Guo is the Director, HR Operations, Greater China in SABIC. She has over 20 years of rich experience and expertise in various domains of HR function. During her 16-year career with SABIC, she has witnessed the rapid development and transformation of the company in China.

In her current position, she holds the primary responsibility of managing HR operations activities in the region to enable SABIC strategic growth, as well as driving HR compliance, service excellence, value creation, customer and employee satisfaction across all HR Operations in Asia Pacific. Earlier, she was Director, C&B, Asia Pacific in SABIC. Prior to joining SABIC, she served as China Statutory & Tax CoE Leader and China Payroll Leader at GE.
