Julia accumulated more than 25 years working experience in Chemical Industry, she started to assume the role as Head of Corporate Communications APAC, Covestro on 1 July 2021.

As a Key Opinion Leader of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as well as Wellbeing, Julia has won the prestigious honors, such as Shanghai 3.8 Female Role Model, Shanghai Model Worker, China 5.1 Labor Medal, sHero DE&I Leader, and first Asian Female Advisor of MIND Concept Advisory of International WELL Building Institute.

Julia and the projects that she led in Covestro has been recognized with multiple prestigious awards and certifications, i.e. EUCCC DEI Leader Award, the WELL Certified GOLD Office by International WELL Building Institute, the Asia Pacific Award of Excellence by International Facility Management Association, Top 10 China Wellness Company, the Best companies for Female Executives, Role Model of Family-friendly Workplace in China.
