Weng Hui, currently serves as Low Carbon Manager of Industrial Development Department of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF). She is mainly engaged in policy research, standard formulation, technology promotion and capacity building of carbon emission management in the fields of carbon peaking, carbon neutrality, energy saving and carbon market construction in petroleum and chemical industry. She has undertaken and participated in the research and implementation of many important projects of national ministries, local governments, enterprises and institutions, as well as international organizations, including carbon-neutral technology pathways and the green low-carbon transformation of the petrochemical industry. Participated in the compilation of the " Carbon Peak Implementation Plan for the Petrochemical Industry" organized by NDRC.
