She is responsible for petrochemical outbound direct investment in BRI countries and industry-finance collaboration. She led on many research projects on outbound petrochemical investment and transitional finance support petrochemical sector development. She also organized influential events such as China Petroleum and Chemical Industry International Production Capacity Cooperation Conference.

Zeng Lu has extensive experience and has authored many publications in outbound direct investment, ESG, international cooperation and global governance.
