Wan Yu is employed at China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd., currently serving as the CEO of Malaysia-China Kuantan International Logistics Park. He is a Senior Economist and holds a professional qualification in Chinese law. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Automation from Tianjin University and a Master's degree in Engineering and Business Management from King's College London. With over a decade of experience in international engineering management, market development, and risk compliance management within central enterprises, Wan Yu has been extensively involved in the Belt and Road Initiative and overseas infrastructure projects. His leadership has driven the successful development and execution of multiple large-scale overseas infrastructure projects. Additionally, he brings a wealth of theoretical and practical expertise in overseas investment, international commercial and dispute resolution mechanisms, risk prevention, and compliance management.
