Zhong Wu

Director-General of Finance Center for South-South Cooperation

Dr. Zhong Wu is the Director-General of Finance Center for South-South Cooperation and Chairman of Oriental Patron Financial Group of Hong Kong. Previously, he worked as the Mayor of Qianjiang City, Chongqing Municipality of China; Director of International Poverty Reduction Center in China; Director-General of the Department of International Cooperation and Social Mobilization, State Council Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development; Deputy Director of the Institute of Population Research at Peking University. Dr. Wu holds a Doctor of Law from Peking University, Master & Bachelor of Economics from Peking University and Master of Science from University of London.
