Wang Luguang, born in 1979, graduated with a bachelor degree in international finance from Central University of Finance and Economics and a master degree in communication engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. In 2004, he embarked on a career in China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation(SINOSURE). Over the past years, he served as assistant general manager of SINOSURE Shandong Branch and Beijing Branch successively. He has rich underwriting and work experience especially in the fields of electricity, telecommunication, transportation, chemical industry, project financing and the Belt and Road related major projects.
