Mr. Xiaosen Fan has served as Director of Investment Department of the Planning Department of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry; General Manager of China Huachen Economic and Technological Development 
Center; Assistant General Manager of China Haohua Chemical (Group) Corporation; Deputy General Manager and Standing Committee Member of China Haohua Chemical (Group) Corporation.

Since May 2004, he has served as Vice President and member of the party committee of China National Chemical Corporation.
