and specialty plastics business Dow Inc.

Dr. Li Bin joined Dow in 2007 and has held various role including wire and cable R&D research manager, external technology manager for Greater China and Asia Pacific region, respectively. In 2014, he was relocated to Houston, USA for the CEO International Assignment Program, serving as R&D Manager in Hydrocarbon. He moved to current role in 2015 as Asia Pacific technical manager of packaging and specialty plastics business, responsible for end use development, Pack Studios and Sustainability. He is 
also serve as adjunct professor at the center of low dimensional materials of Donghua University and a member of Advisory Committee of School of Chemical Engineering, East China University of Science and Technology.
