Cai Zhiqiang, now working as Senior Expert in SINOPEC Chemical Division. 

Graduated from Beijing Chemical Fiber Institute in 1989 and Graduated from Tsinghua University in 2000, Master of Engineering. 

Worked in Yanshan Petrochemical Company of SINOPEC from 1989 to 2000, then transferred to SINOPEC Headquarter in charge of synthetic resin business. Worked on synthetic resin production, product development and integration of sales and has rich experience in business management.
