Xingguo Fu owns the doctor of Science and the professor level of senior engineer. He successively held the dean of Sinopec Lanzhou refining and petrochemical plant of the petrochemical research institute; the director of CNPC Lubricant Research and Development Center and the director of Production Technology Department of CNPC Lubricant Company. Besides, he was the Deputy Chief Engineer and the director of heavy oil Processing Research Office of Petrochemical Research Institute of China National Petroleum Corporation. Also, He was occupied in Beijing Sanju Environmental Protection and New Materials Company as a deputy general manager. At present, He is the general manager of Chinese Academy of Sciences Advanced Material Technology Company, and the chairman of Chinese Academy of Sciences (Tengzhou) Advanced Material Technology Company. Xingguo Fu has been engaged in lubricant additive, petroleum refining catalysts, the processing of inferior heavy oil, aviation biofuels, biomass comprehensive utilization, and soil improvement, and new materials’ research and development, technical management, and industrialization.
