Senior Engineer, Deputy Secretary General of CPCIF Committee of Multinationals, in charge of international cooperation of multinationals and operation of Open Innovation Platform of CPCIF to promote collaborative innovation between Multinationals and Chinese companies. She also is one of the Standing Committee members of Chemical Environmental Risk Assessment and Management Branch.

After graduating from Tianjin University with Master’s Degree on Chemical Engineering, she had been worked as engineer in WISON Engineering Shanghai Company, and then as the director of oversea business and researcher of chemical regulations in China National Chemical Information Center. Ever since she started working for CPCIF, She got involved with various publications such as Q&A on REACH Regulation, Best Practices on Collaborative Innovation, etc. As well as Legal System of Chemical Risk Management, Defining the FutureOutlook of China Petroleum & Chemical Industry on 2030 & Beyond, Bioethanol, etc. being one of the key writers. She also had published articles over 500,000 words in newspapers. Beyond writers, she also set up the platform to organize and write multiple researches like Development Strategy of Global Petrochemical Multinationals, Fuels Specifications/Regulations/Quality & Alternative Drive Trains, Best Practice of Energy Consumption Tax in Advanced Countries and Recommendation to China etc., which are being submitted and acknowledged by related authorities like NDRC, MIIT and SASAC.
