Mr. Liu Jin-Ping，party member of the Chinese Communist Party, senior engineer. He is Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd, Secretary of Party Committee and CEO of Shaanxi Qinfeng Industrial Gas Co., Ltd. He was Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Shaanxi Vehicles Holding Group Company Limited and General Secretary of Shaanxi Vehicles Industry Association. He was the 15th and 16th NPC (the National People’s Congress) Member of Gaoling district of Xi’an City, the 12th NPC Member of Baoji City. He was honored with May 1st Labor Medal of 2018 by Shaanxi Government. 

He began to take his office at Shaangu in 2017. He worked on the management and improvement of “Shaangu mode” system in all aspects including system innovation, business operation, technical research, intelligent manufacturing and financial operation. In 2019, Shaangu mode was introduced to be widely promoted among his peers in Shaanxi government work report, deeply strengthening core competence and brand influence of Shaangu Group. Especially in the first half of 2020, Shaangu grew strong. Orders increased by 149.2% compared the period of last year and other key indexes grew up with double-digit rate even though COVID-19 is spread in China.
