Zeng Lu is deputy director of International Affairs Department, in China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. She focuses on the petrochemical industry's "Belt and Road" industry capacity cooperation, ESG, production-finance collaboration. She organized influential industry events such as China Petroleum and Chemical Industry International Production Capacity Cooperation Conference, as well as Investment and M&A Strategy Forum of Petrochemical Industry. She has led on many research projects on outbound petrochemical investment.

Zeng Lu has extensive experience in ESG and global governance and has authored many publications. She possesses a wealth of international cooperation and overseas work experience. Zeng Lu previously worked at the World Bank and served in Southeast Asia.
