Liu Haijun, Master of Engineering from Xi 'an Jiaotong University, and senior engineer. He is a member of the Party Committee of Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd., executive deputy general manager of Xi 'an Shaangu Power Co., Ltd., General Manager of Shaangu Power Engineering Technology Branch, and Chairman of Shaangu EKOL. He was awarded “The 2nd Xi'an Youth Medal” and "Silver Award of Excellent Quality Managers in National Machinery Industry” in 2023, and “Special Honor of China Installation Engineering Quality Award for Engineering Enterprise Leaders” in 2021.

By continuously practicing the development strategy of "Two Transformations", Mr. Wang improves the company’s management from the aspects of market development, reform of institutional mechanisms, company operation and management, technology R&D, intelligent manufacturing and capital finance, which forwards Shaangu to set up its core competencies in the "1+7" intelligent green system solutions taking distributed energy system solutions as the core and covering seven value-added services including equipment, engineering, plant operation, industrial services, supply chain, intelligence and finance.
