Mr. Jin holds a Bachelor’s Degree and an MBA. He held management positions in Shanghai Tire Rubber (Group) Co., Ltd, Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company and Shanghai 3F New Materials Co., Ltd. Since Dec. 2015, Mr. Jin started to work as member of the Party committee and vice president of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Co., Ltd. (SCIPDC) and shared responsibilities for company project construction, fixed assets management, construction safety management etc. He is now president & party secretary of SCIPDC.
