Henry Liu was named Vice President and General Manager of Asia Pacific for Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) in October 2019. 
Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies is a global leader in developing advanced materials, process technologies and automation solutions. Based in Shanghai, Henry is responsible for leading the PMT Asia Pacific team to drive continued business growth in the region.
Priot to this role, Henry was Vice President and General Manager for Honeywell UOP in China where he led the team to achieve double-digit year-over-year growth. Honeywell UOP is a business unit within PMT and is a leading international supplier and licensor of process technology, catalysts, adsorbents, equipment, and consulting services to the petroleum refining, petrochemical, and gas processing industries. 
Henry joined Honeywell in 2017 from Johnson Matthey, a British multinational specialty chemicals and sustainable technologies company where he served in leadership roles including general manager for Johnson Matthey Chemicals in China. Before that, he worked as a sales leader and manager at several multinationals including Imperial Chemical Industries, ATOFINA (China) Investment, and Osram Lighting. 
Henry earned his bachelor’s degree in applied chemistry from South China University of Technology, and his EMBA from Carlson School of Management at University of Minnesota.
