Dr. Zhou is a partner at BCG, co-leads BCG's Energy practice in China. She is a leader of BCG chemicals sector in Greater China, and a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods, Operations and Global Advantage Practice Areas. Dr. Zhou has extensive consulting experience and rich expertise in Energy, Industrial Goods, Operations and Global Advantage Practice Areas. 
Dr. Zhou has worked extensively with multinational companies and Chinese companies to help them develop growth strategies, design sales and marketing systems, conduct organizational restructuring and define merger and acquisition (M&A) strategies. She assists clients to achieve long-term performance improvement and organizational empowerment.
Her recent project experience includes: Helped a foreign fund evaluate investment opportunities in China's renewable energy market; assisted a top refining-chemical integrated enterprise in China to build its sales and marketing system; developed a growth strategy for a Chinese leading commodity trading and logistics player including crude oil and LNG trading; assisted a major Chinese refinery to develop a downstream portfolio strategy; helped design transformation strategy and roadmap for agrochemicals, specialty chemicals and rubber additives business units of a major chemical SOE, etc. 
Dr. Zhou holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. She graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry.
